She isn't one to sell you something that you don't need, and she'll always go above and beyond to give you the best service possible. I wouldn't trust my skincare or my lashes (I'm obsessed with her lash extensions) to anyone else! I've been in business owning Heidi Phifer Skin Lash Brow in Rockland for 10 years and have expanded my offering to Southern Maine. I am now accepting new clients in my private office located in Westbrook.
