I offer integrative, client-led healing sessions rooted in presence, intuition, and skilled facilitation. Each session is unique—guided by what your body, nervous system, and inner awareness are ready for in that moment.
There is no script here. No expectation to “fix” or force anything. Healing unfolds naturally, often quietly, always respectfully.
Sessions are available in-studio in Westbrook, Maine, remotely, or off-site by request.

My Approach
Healing is not something done to you. It is something supported with you.
Each session begins with a gentle check-in—an opportunity to share what feels present, what you’re navigating, or simply how you’re arriving that day. From there, the session unfolds intuitively and collaboratively.
Some sessions feel deeply calming and restorative. Others bring clarity, emotional release, or insight. Many offer a blend of grounding, regulation, and integration. There is no right way to experience a session, and no predetermined outcome.
I bring intention, attunement, and a diverse range of tools. You bring your lived experience and inner wisdom. Together, we create space for whatever is ready to move, settle, or emerge.

Integrative Healing Sessions

Sessions are billed by time rather than modality, allowing the work to remain fluid and responsive rather than structured or prescriptive.
Depending on what presents, your session may gently weave together one or more of the approaches below. No two sessions are ever the same.

My work is shaped by years of study, practice, and deep listening. These certifications form a supportive foundation—not a rigid framework. Rather than applying techniques formulaically, I draw from this collective knowledge intuitively, allowing each session to be guided by the individual receiving it.

A whole-person approach supporting balance, grounding, and nervous system ease. Sessions may include hands-on or hands-off energy work, somatic awareness, and intention setting—creating space for the body and mind to settle and restore.

2. Quantum Shifting
A subtle, awareness-based practice that supports gentle shifts in perception, energetic state, and inner alignment. This work is non-invasive and often experienced as clarity, emotional lightness, or a quiet internal reset.

3. Reiki (Diversified Practice)
A flowing, intuitive Reiki practice informed by multiple lineages and years of experience. Rather than following a single structure, Reiki is offered responsively—supporting relaxation, energetic flow, and a sense of safety within the body.
Reiki may be offered on its own or woven seamlessly into integrative sessions.

A compassionate, intuitive exploration of patterns held within the body, emotions, and subconscious. Insights are shared gently as supportive information only and are always intended to complement medical care—not replace it.

5. Hypnotherapy-Informed Facilitation
A softly guided process using relaxation and focused awareness to access subconscious patterns and inner resources. Clients remain aware, present, and in control throughout the session.

6. NLP-Informed Life Coaching
A gentle, practical approach to working with language, perception, and belief systems. This modality supports clarity, self-understanding, and intentional change in both personal and professional life.

A focused session supporting the release of energetic heaviness, emotional residue, or stagnation. Ideal during times of stress, transition, or overwhelm.

Oracle Reading
$75 — 45 minutes

An intuitive, reflective session using oracle cards as a tool for insight and perspective. Readings are client-led, interpretive, and non-predictive.

Space, Land & Object Clearing

Energetic clearing and recalibration of physical spaces—supporting harmony, grounding, and ease. Ideal for new homes, businesses, or periods of transition.

Inanimate Object Clearing
Starting at $50 per item
Energetic clearing and intention resetting for meaningful or inherited items such as jewelry, furniture, or personal belongings.

What to Expect
Sessions are quiet, supportive, and deeply respectful.
You may sit or lie comfortably. You’re welcome to speak, ask questions, or rest in silence. Touch is only used with consent and may be hands-on or hands-off depending on your comfort.
You remain fully aware and in control at all times.

What if I don’t know what I need?
That’s completely okay. Many clients arrive without clarity. Integrative sessions are designed for this—your system leads, and we respond together.
Can sessions be combined?
Yes. Integrative sessions may naturally include multiple approaches. There is no need to book separate services unless you want a specific focus.
Are remote sessions effective?
Yes. Remote sessions are facilitated with the same intention, presence, and care as in-person work.
Is this religious or spiritual?
No. All services are non-denominational and belief-neutral and are designed to complement—not conflict with—personal beliefs.
